YY(Q)L Series of Oil/Gas-fired Organic Heat Carrier Boilers

Structural Features

●The YY(Q)L series vertical oil/gas-fired boilers are once-through special boilers utilizing the liquid-phase organic heat carrier as the heat transfer medium, which adopts a feed-type forced circulation system to realize the low-pressure high-temperature heat supply. 

●This series adopts a vertical, multi-pass, round-coil structure, which mainly comprises inner and outer coils, inlet and outlet headers and a gas pass, achieving a high safety, a sufficient heating area and a high heat-efficiency.

●This series adopts a counter-current heat exchange process, achieving an ideal heat transfer effect. The temperature difference between the smoke from the boiler outlet and the oil from the heat-transfer-oil outlet can be controlled at about 30℃. A pre-heater is arranged at the tail portion of the boiler, and the exhaust gas temperature is less than or equal to 200℃.

●This series has advantages of low pressure, high temperature, high safety and high efficiency.

●This series adopts a globally-famous brand burner, an economizer, a boiler flue, a high-level oil tank, a low-level oil tank, pipeline valves & instruments, and a chimney. The installation period is short so that the boiler can be immediately put into use once the instruments & valves, the water source, the power supply, the fuel pipeline and the discharge pipeline are communicated on the site.
