Wood-fired Steam Boiler

Structural Features

●The wood-fired steam boilers of this series adopt a double-drum, horizontal-water-tube, double-layered grate structure, mainly comprising a steam drum, a water drum, a convection tube bank, a water-tube grate, a cast-iron grate and a boiler brickwork etc.   

●The combustion system adopts a double-layered grate structure, effectively removing the dust and fume, and achieving a high heat efficiency

●The heating surface arrangement of three-pass water tubes ensures a good water circulation and heat exchange, achieving an ideal heat transfer effect and a higher steam rate. 

●The flue gas emission grade is smaller than or equal to grade I (Ringelman Emission Standard), and the pollutant emission meets the national standard GB13271-2014.

●The boiler system mainly comprises a waste-heat device, a ceramic multi-tube dust remover, a boiler flue, an induced draft fan, pipeline valves & instruments, and a chimney. The installation period is short so that the boiler can be immediately put into use once the instruments & valves, the water source, the power supply, the fuel pipeline and the discharge pipeline are communicated on the site.

This series is mainly used for supplying steam for industries including pharmacy, food, daily chemicals, tobacco, wine-making, paper-making, steel, coking, electric power, colleges, hotels and public facilities.
