WDR Series of Electric-heating Hot-water Boilers

Structural Features

●The WDR series of electric-heating boilers are horizontal resistive-element-heating shell boilers, mainly comprising a shell, front and rear heads, an outer color-plate package layer and electric-heating tubes, etc. 

●The boiler adopts stainless steel electric-heating tubes of 15-50KW/group, allowing the water to be electrically neutral, achieving a safe use, and protecting the water from being contaminated. 

●The stainless-steel electric-heating tubes are connected with the boiler proper through flanges, achieving an easy cleaning and replacement. The exterior of the boiler is packaged by a layer of color plate, making the boiler be anti-rust and aesthetically appealing. 

●The heat-preservation structure adopts a layer of glass wool and a layer of aluminum silicate fiber, greatly reducing the heat loss.

●The boiler is noiseless and pollution-free, and the heat efficiency is greater than 97%. 

●This series adopts a fully-automatic control system, and possesses various protection functions such as water-shortage protection, electric-leakage protection, phase-loss protection, overload protection and overpressure protection, realizing a safe and reliable operation. 

●The installation period is short, enabling the boiler to be immediately put into use once the valves & instruments, the water source, the power supply and the discharge pipeline are communicated on the site. 

Applications

This series is mainly used for supplying hot water and heating in schools, hotels, hospitals and residential compounds, etc.
