WNS Series of Biomass-fired Steam Boilers

Structural Features:

●The WNS series of automatic biomass-fired steam boilers adopt a horizontal, three-pass and fire-tube structure, mainly being composed of a shell, a boiler furnace, a reversal chamber and a fire tube, etc.

●This series adopts a wet-back and three-pass structure, enabling the heating surfaces to be symmetrically arranged so that the expansion and the stress borne by the boilers can be reasonable.  

●The second and third passes adopt spirally-corrugated tubes, and the tail portion of the boiler is provided with an energy-saving device. The reasonable arrangement of the heating surfaces ensures a good water circulation and heat exchange, achieving an ideal heat-transfer effect while greatly improving the heat efficiency of the boilers.

●The combustion chamber adopts a corrugated furnace, effectively reducing the thermal stress of the boilers, significantly improving the safety of the boilers, and greatly improving the functional life of the boilers.

●This series adopts a special burner, and the design fuel is biomass pellets, achieving a low operating cost. The tail portion is equipped with a dust-remover and a draught fan, enabling the flue gas emission of the boiler to meet the national standards. 

●This series adopts an advanced full-automatic control system, achieving a stable combustion and a convenient, reliable and safer operation of the boilers. The installation period is short so that the boiler can be immediately put into use once the instruments & valves, the water source, the power supply, the fuel pipeline and the discharge pipeline are communicated on the site. 

This series is mainly used for supplying steam for industries including pharmacy, food, daily chemicals, tobacco, wine-making, paper-making, steel, coking, electric power, colleges, hotels and public facilities.
