LSC Series of Coal-fired Steam Boilers

Structural Features

●The LSC series of coal-fired steam boilers are vertical-type shell boilers having bent water tubes and double-layered grates, which mainly comprise a shell head, a shell cylinder, a furnace head, a furnace cylinder, bent water tubes and cast-iron grates, etc.  

●The coal is fed from the holes in the furnace door, and is combusted on the flame bridge and the grate tubes. The flue gas in the furnace radiates to the grate tubes, arch tubes and furnace wall, and then enters into the annular gas chamber for laterally scouring the bent water tubes arranged on the boiler shell. After entering into the waste heat device for heat convection, the flue gas is discharged into the environment through the chimney. 

●The heating surface arrangement of multi-rowed bent tubes ensures excellent water circulation and heat exchange, achieving an ideal heat transfer effect and a high steam rate. 

●This series adopts a natural draft mode, enabling the stocker to conveniently operate.

●The boiler system comprises instruments & valves, a water-feed pump and a chimney, and induced draft fan and a waste heat device, achieving a convenient and safer operation. 

Applications

This series is mainly used for supplying steam for fields including pharmacy, food, daily chemicals, tobacco, wine-making, steel, colleges, hotels and public facilities.
