DZG Series of Wood/Coal-fired Steam Boilers

Structural Features

●The DZG series of wood/coal-fired boilers are single-drum, fixed-grate, vertical water-fire-tube shell boilers, mainly comprising a drum, water-cooled wall tubes, spirally corrugated fire tubes, a cast-iron grate and a boiler brickwork. 

●This series has a compact structure and a single-layered arrangement, and adopts novel spirally-corrugated fire tubes and arched tube plates, enabling the boiler to be safely operated, and achieving remarkable energy-saving effect and higher heat efficiency. 

●The combustion system adopts a single-layered grate structure, achieving strong fuel-adaptability and ideal combustion effect.

●The three-pass water tube heating surface arrangement ensures a good water circulation and heat exchange, achieving ideal heat transfer effect and higher steam rate. 

●The boiler system mainly comprises a waste-heat water tank, a dust remover, a flue gas duct, an air blower, an induced draft fan, pipeline valves & instruments and a chimney. 

This series can be quickly assembled and delivered. The installation period is short, greatly reducing the capital investment.

Applications

This series is mainly used for supplying steam for fields including pharmacy, food, daily chemicals, tobacco, wine-making, paper-making, steel, coking, electric power, colleges, hotels and public facilities.
