Structural Features

●The CDZL series of coal-fired normal-pressure hot-water boilers are single-drum, vertical-type chain boilers.

●The boiler proper mainly comprises a drum, a furnace, a convection tube bank and an economizer, etc. 

●The single-layered arrangement achieves a compact structure.

●Novel spirally-corrugated tubes and arched tube plates are adopted, allowing the boiler to be safely operated, and achieving ideal energy-saving effect and high heat efficiency.  

●The air regulation is flexible during combustion, realizing a convenient operation.

●The grates adopt a stepless speed regulation, which is convenient, stable and reliable.

●The modified furnace arch realizes a strong fuel-adaptability and an ideal burning effect. 

●The boiler no longer needs to be monitored for it operates under normal pressure. 

●The boiler is fully-equipped, and can be quickly assembled and delivered. The installation period is short, greatly reducing the capital investment.
