Structural Features

●The SZL series of coal-fired steam boilers are dual-drum, vertical-type chain boilers.

●The boiler proper mainly comprises a drum, a furnace, a convection tube bank and an economizer, etc. 

●The boilers of this series have a compact structure and can be conveniently installed and used, achieving a high heat efficiency and an ideal energy-saving effect.  

●The air regulation is flexible during combustion, allowing the boiler to be conveniently operated.

●The grate adopts stepless speed regulation, which is convenient, stable and reliable.

●The modified furnace arch realizes a strong fuel-adaptability and an ideal burning effect. 

●The boilers having an evaporating capacity lower than 20t/h can be quickly assembled and delivered. The installation period is short, greatly reducing the capital investment.

Applications

This series is mainly used for supplying steam for fields including pharmacy, food, daily chemicals, tobacco, wine-making, paper-making, steel, coking, electric power, colleges and hotels.
