Structural Features

●A circulating fluidized bed boiler is a natural circulating water-tube steam boiler adopting the fluidized bed combustion. 

●The boiler proper mainly comprises a drum, a fluidized bed, a super-heater, a convection tube bank, an economizer and an air pre-heater, etc. 

●The boiler has strong fuel adaptability and is capable of burning coal with various heat values. 

●The regulation ratio of the boiler load is large, and the low load can reach 30%, achieving a convenient regulation.

●Low pollution and low NOx emission are achieved, and an in-furnace desulphurization can be performed according to actual requirements.

●The system is safe and reliable, achieving an ideal energy-saving effect.

Applications

The circulating fluidized bed boilers are mainly used for supplying steam for fields including pharmacy, food, daily chemicals, tobacco, wine-making, paper-making, steel, coking, colleges, hotels and public facilities, and can be used in power plants for generating power.
